What types of payment do you accept? TOP
We accept Visa or MasterCard, American Express and Paypal.
Is it safe to use my credit card online? TOP
Yes, your online order is handled with industry-standard SSL encryption. When you enter your credit card number into the order form, it is transmitted across the Internet in an encrypted (scrambled) form.
I am not comfortable ordering online, is there another way I can order? TOP
Placing orders online is easy, convenient and secure however if you are not comfortable with online ordering you may contact our studio at 972-353-0075. We are a small studio so most likely you will receive our voice mail but please leave a message; a representative will return your call as soon as possible.
When does my order ship? TOP
Our shipping model is simple! Creation time plus shipping transit time equals delivery time.
Please do not expect your order to be shipped the same day it is placed as our products are hand crafted and require creation time. Please read all of the order, shipping information and terms of sale before placing your order. Being an informed customer makes online ordering less stressful for you and us.
Creation Time: Creation time is the time it takes to create the item you have ordered. Each product page will tell you the estimated number of business days it takes to leave our studio. Please note the "Creation Time: Usually leaves our studio in ...... business days".
We are committed to complete customer satisfaction. Every effort is made to create and ship your order within the time stated on each individual product page however these times are not guaranteed. If any items you have ordered are on a back order status, we will notify you by telephone or e-mail as soon as possible.
Business days are Monday - Friday and do not include Saturday or Sunday.
Do you offer rush delivery? TOP
We will always do our very best to help you receive your order in time for a special occasion. Rush fees may apply. Please contact our studio prior to placing your order to see if it is possible to have your order shipped before the estimated shipping date.
Will you send me an order acknowledgement? TOP
Yes, it will be sent to you via email. Please check your email spam folder.
What do I do if I made a mistake on my order but have already submitted it? TOP
Please contact our studio as soon as you realize you have made a mistake. We’ll be happy to make the changes on your order so that it is exactly what you want! We will respond to you via email with a confirmation of your change. PLEASE NOTE: If you contact us more than 48 hours after placing your order, it may be too late to make the changes. Please double-check all information on your order before submitting it!
What is your return policy? TOP
When placing your order, please verify that all information provided is correct. Personalized products are final and non-refundable. Non-personalized products may be returned however restocking fees will apply.
What if I receive my order and it is incorrect? TOP
Conctact our studio immediately with your order number, name, phone number and detailed information of what is incorrect on your order. We will contact you with a resolution. You must inform us of any damage within 2 business day of receipt of the package.
Do I have to pay sales tax? TOP
Texas residents must pay applicable sales tax.
How is shipping calculated? TOP
Shipping for each item ordered is $5.95.
How do you use my contact information? TOP
We request your personal information so that we can email you an order confirmation or contact you in case we have a question. Rest assured, we never rent or sell your contact information to anybody, for anything.
Do you ship Internationally? TOP
We do not ship outside the US.
What shipping company do you use? TOP
We ship everything USPS Priority. If you need expedited shipping please conctact our studio for pricing.
